Welcome

Thank you for registering for Speak In A Weekend™

Speak In A Weekend™ is an intensive, hands-on public speaking workshop designed to help participants become more confident, persuasive, and effective communicators. To ensure every attendee enjoys a productive and professional experience, we've established the following Participant Agreement.

By registering for or attending a Speak In A Weekend™ workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Registration and Payment

Registration is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.

Workshop pricing, promotional offers, and early registration discounts may change without notice and apply only to new registrations.

All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

2. Workshop Participation

Speak In A Weekend™ is an interactive, participation-based training program.

Participants should expect to:

• Deliver multiple presentations during the weekend.

• Participate in practical speaking exercises.

• Provide constructive feedback to fellow participants.

• Maintain a respectful and supportive learning environment.

While participation is encouraged throughout the workshop, each participant remains responsible for deciding their own level of involvement.

3. Respectful Conduct

We are committed to providing a professional, encouraging, and respectful environment for every participant.

Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or conduct that materially interferes with the learning experience of others may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

Speak In A Weekend™ reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation when necessary to protect the experience of other attendees.

4. Recording Policy

One of the most valuable aspects of the workshop is seeing your own progress.

Participants are encouraged to record their own presentations using their personal devices for private review.

Participants may not record other attendees, instructors, workshop discussions, or presentation materials without prior permission from Speak In A Weekend™ and the individuals being recorded.

Unauthorized audio recording, video recording, livestreaming, or distribution of workshop content is prohibited.

5. Event Photography and Video

Speak In A Weekend™ may photograph or video portions of the workshop for educational or promotional purposes, including use on websites, social media platforms, printed materials, and future marketing.

Where practical, participants who do not wish to appear in promotional photographs or videos should notify Speak In A Weekend™ before the workshop begins. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate those requests; however, we cannot guarantee that incidental appearances in group photographs or video footage can always be avoided.

6. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, presentations, slides, handouts, exercises, downloads, worksheets, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other educational content remain the intellectual property of SpeakIn A Weekend™ unless otherwise stated.

Your registration grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own personal learning.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, teach, modify, or create derivative works from any Speak In A Weekend™ materials without prior written permission.

7. Educational Purpose

Speak In A Weekend™ provides educational training designed to improve public speaking and communication skills.

Nothing presented during the workshop should be interpreted as legal, medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice.

8. Results

Every participant begins the workshop with different experiences, abilities, and goals.

While Speak In A Weekend™ is committed to providing practical instruction and a supportive learning environment, individual results will vary. We make no guarantee regarding confidence levels, business success, career advancement, income, or any other specific outcome.

Your results will depend largely upon your willingness to participate, practice, and apply what you learn.
